Job Summary รับผิดชอบงานด้านการประกันคุณภาพและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ในธุรกิจเยื่อและกระดาษ ครอบคลุมตั้งแต่วัตถุดิบ กระบวนการผลิต ไปจนถึงผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป รวมถึงการพัฒนาสินค้าใหม่ การวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ และการสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต เพื่อให้สินค้าได้ตามมาตรฐานและตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า Responsibilities บริหารจัดการและควบคุมคุณภาพวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตเยื่อกระดาษ เช่น ไม้ สารเคมี และวัสดุที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจสอบและควบคุมคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปก่อนส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า พร้อมจัดทำรายงานผล ดูแลการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ทดสอบให้มีความถูกต้องและแม่นยำตามมาตรฐาน สนับสนุนกระบวนการผลิต โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการผลิต พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ตั้งแต่การวางแผน พัฒนาต้นแบบ กำหนดเงื่อนไขกระบวนการผลิต และดำเนินการ Validation วิเคราะห์ผลการทดลองและจัดทำรายงานเพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงคุณภาพ ประสานงานกับลูกค้าทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อรับ feedback และปรับปรุงสินค้า บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรและกำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับงานทดสอบและพัฒนา Qualifications: จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี จากสาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี
