Demand Planning จัดทำ Forecast ร่วมกับทีม Sales และ Marketing วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มยอดขาย โปรโมชั่น และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ Demand ติดตาม Forecast Accuracy
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก วางแผนและควบคุมระบบคุณภาพ (QMS): พัฒนา ปรับปรุง และควบคุมระบบบริหารคุณภาพ (GMP, GHP, HACCP) ตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ตั้งแต่ครัวกลาง คลังสินค้า การขนส่ง จนถึงหน้าร้านสาขา ควบคุมมาตรฐานการผลิตและวัตถุดิบ (QC Operations): ดูแลกระบวนการตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบขาเข้า (IQC) ระหว่างการผลิต (IPQC) และสินค้าสำเร็จรูปก่อนส่งมอบ (OQC) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของแบรนด์ กำหนดมาตรฐานสาขาและแฟรนไชส์: กำหนดมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์สูงสุด (Golden Standard) เพื่อควบคุมรสชาติให้สม่ำเสมอทุกสาขา จัดการคุณภาพคู่ค้า (Supplier Quality): ตรวจประเมินคุณภาพโรงงานของคู่ค้า (Supplier Audit) และประสานงานร่วมกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อควบคุมมาตรฐานวัตถุดิบ
