Job Summary: รับผิดชอบงานด้านการซ่อมบำรุงและปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรกล วิเคราะห์สาเหตุการขัดข้อง และพัฒนาคุณภาพงานซ่อม เพื่อลดระยะเวลาในการซ่อม (MTTR) รวมถึงพัฒนากระบวนการซ่อมและออกแบบเครื่องมือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความปลอดภัยในการบำรุงรักษา Responsibilities: วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาสาเหตุของการขัดข้องของเครื่องจักร (Root Cause) พร้อมพัฒนาคุณภาพงานซ่อมเพื่อลดระยะเวลาในการซ่อมเครื่องจักร (MTTR) ปรับปรุงกระบวนการงานซ่อมและงาน Workshop เช่น Machining, Welding, Grinding, Balancing และ Assembly ออกแบบ Special Tools เพื่อช่วยให้งานบำรุงรักษาสะดวก มีประสิทธิภาพ และปลอดภัยมากขึ้น ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคในการเลือกวัสดุ กระบวนการเชื่อม และกระบวนการ Machining ที่เหมาะสม สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพงานซ่อมภายใน (In-House Repair Capability)
