ライフスタイル・コンシェルジュ（日本語スピーカー） 勤務地： タイ・バンコク 雇用形態： 正社員 勤務形態： シフト制（土日・祝日を含む） Aspire Lifestylesについて Aspire Lifestylesは、プレミアム・コンシェルジュおよびカスタマーケアサービスを世界各地で提供しています。 旅行、レストラン、エンターテインメント、ショッピング、スポーツ、ライフスタイルなど、さまざまなご要望に対して、お客様一人ひとりに合わせたパーソナルなサービスを提供しています。 ポジションについて 現在、バンコク拠点で勤務する ライフスタイル・コンシェルジュ（日本語スピーカー） を募集しています。 日本語を中心に、お客様からのさまざまな旅行・ライフスタイルに関するご要望に対応していただきます。 ホテルや航空券の予約などの一般的な旅行手配から、複雑な旅行プラン、レストラン、エンターテインメント、ショッピング、スポーツ、特別な体験など、世界中の幅広いご要望に対応するポジションです。 主な業務内容 電話・メール・チャットを通じたお客様からのご依頼への対応 旅行、レストラン、エンターテインメント、ショッピング、スポーツ・レクリエーション、ライフスタイルに関するリクエストの調査・手配 正確かつ迅速でプロフェッショナルな情報提供 お客様からのご相談・クレームへの対応および問題解決 お客様との信頼関係を構築し、好みやニーズを理解したサービスを提供 コンシェルジュサービスや各種特典をご案内するアウトバウンドコール パートナー企業やインターネット等の情報源を活用したリクエスト対応 サービス範囲および会社・クライアントのポリシーに沿った高品質なサービス提供 必要なシステムへの顧客情報・対応内容の入力および管理 お客様の個人情報を適切に保護し、関連ポリシーを遵守 サービス品質および各種パフォーマンス指標の達成 必要な研修への参加および最新の旅行・サービス情報の習得 応募資格 ホスピタリティ、ラグジュアリートラベル、旅行、コンシェルジュ、航空、ホテル、リテール、その他関連サービス業界でのカスタマーサービス経験2年以上 旅行、ショッピング、スポーツ、文化、エンターテインメントなど、世界のライフスタイルに興味・関心がある方 人をサポートすることや問題解決が好きな方 優れたカスタマーサービスおよびコミュニケーション能力
